1.Main features

1). This machine is designed for cutting of aluminum profile.
2). The two saw head independent swing angle, adopt cylinder driving, set up three common angle that is -45°90°+45°。
3). Set up manually position at arbitrary angle function within 45°~90°，the knob to the positioning position, make the pendulum angle cylinder pressure to be released in full, avoid plane positioning arbitrary angle position change.
4). When saw head swing to 45°, the front protection hood automatically to two saw head of intermediate mobile, which increase the reliability of safety production.
5). Large cutting range, cutting 160~220mm when 90°, cutting 160~155mm when 45°.(Profile width less than 160mm, the corresponding height increase).
6). The right saw head follow-up material carrying frame length is1800mm.
