How To Make Flat Glass

Raw Materails:

Sandstone, soda, feldspar, dolomite, limestone, glauber.

Technological Precess:

1. Raw material crushing: the above raw materials are broken into powder.
2. Weighing: weigh all kinds of powder according to the plan.
3. Mixing: mix the powder into a compound (colored glass is added with the stain).
4. Melting: feed the compound to the glass melting furnace and melt into glass liquid at 1700 degrees.
5. Molding: the glass liquid is sent to tin tank (float method), flat drawing machine (grid method), and calendering machine (calendering method, adding wire is wire glass), which is formed into flat glass.
6. Annealing: put the glass products into the annealing kiln for annealing to balance the stress and prevent self-breaking and self-cracking.
7.Inspection and packaging.
